Hi, I’m Fatemeh. I was born in 1996. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Architecture in Iran, and later moved to Canada to continue my education in Interior Design.
When I was 10 years old, I started playing squash. My passion for the sport grew so much that by the age of 18, I earned my coaching certification and began coaching at the Enghelab Club in Tehran.
At the age of 17, I was introduced to the world of yoga for the first time.
Since I’ve always been in search of a path to help me live a healthy lifestyle, I decided to continue practicing yoga.
With yoga entering my life, I became the version of Fatemeh that I had always envisioned in my dreams—and this transformation made me incredibly happy.

This feeling inspired me to become a yoga instructor in 2017, with the goal of helping more people embrace a healthy lifestyle.
I’ve always been passionate about learning and wanted to deepen my knowledge to enhance my teaching. In 2019, I earned my internationally recognized Yoga Alliance certification.
At the same time, I attended numerous workshops and courses to expand my expertise.
Driven by my curiosity for the non-physical realm and the world of energy, I began studying Reiki (Levels 1 and 2), Pranic Healing, chakra and aura cleansing, meditation, and mindfulness.
I also had the honor of participating in workshops led by renowned yoga teachers from around the world, including:
David & Jelena, Maya Macho, Vanessa, Lama Glenn, Dotetsu Zenji, Chumba Lama, Venerable Tenzin Namjong, and Yogi Rajan Astola.
Meanwhile, I taught yoga at well-known fitness clubs and served as an Aerial Yoga instructor at Tehran Yoga House for one year.
The Birth of FLEX
FLEX was born with the goal of helping the body and soul of my fellow humans. Its journey began during the pandemic when in-person yoga classes were canceled.
From the start, I developed my own teaching method, inspired by the Power Vinyasa style.
In my classes, I aim to teach all aspects of yoga, including:
- Yoga philosophy
- Pranayama (breathing techniques)
- Yama and Niyama (ethical principles)
- Meditation
- Proper nutrition based on traditional Indian and Iranian principles

My goal at FLEX is to make yoga more than just a physical practice for my students; I want it to be a healthy lifestyle.
Every semester, more than 1,500 students from around the world join my classes, and together, we strive for a healthier body and mind.
I am here to help you build a healthy life for yourself.
Namaste.
