Ashley Galvin
Ashley Galvin is one of the most renowned yoga instructors of the Alo Yoga brand, specializing in Power Vinyasa, which is a dynamic and strength-focused style of yoga. Her classes are extremely challenging and advanced. I had the privilege of attending a 5-day yoga retreat with Ashley in a beautiful town in Mexico. Each day, we practiced intense yoga for 4 hours (two 2-hour sessions) under her guidance, learning advanced techniques along with detailed principles and tips.
In addition to the retreat, there was also a workshop that focused on designing strength-based yoga sequences. During the retreat, Ashley’s husband, who is also a yoga instructor specializing in meditation, joined us. Every morning at 6 AM, before sunrise, we meditated with him, followed by two hours of yoga with Ashley. The day continued with fitness activities and concluded with another yoga session in the evening to prepare us for rest and the next day’s practice.
Ashley Galvin is an exceptional and globally recognized yoga instructor, particularly well-known in the United States. She’s one of the most admired and celebrated figures in the yoga world. Her workshops and classes are truly outstanding and unique, offering a high-quality learning experience that has earned her a large following worldwide.


Jessica Olie
Jessica Olie is one of the most renowned and popular yoga instructors in England, based in London. Recently, I had the privilege of attending one of her unique workshops called “Combining Yoga and Strength Training.” In this workshop, Jessica taught how to integrate weightlifting and strength exercises with yoga poses. We learned how weight training can help us perform challenging yoga asanas more effectively, and, conversely, how yoga can prevent injuries and enhance our performance during strength workouts.
Jessica is the founder of the brand “This is Olie,” which produces yoga equipment and accessories. Since 2024, I’ve had the honor of being a brand ambassador and collaborating with her company. I’ve been following Jessica for over 10 years—she’s the person who inspired my deep love for yoga. I’ve always admired her videos and photos with great enthusiasm, and she’s been one of my biggest role models and favorite figures in the yoga world.
Jessica has been an ambassador for major brands like Gymshark and previously Alo Yoga. She’s incredibly well-known and beloved in England. Finally meeting her in person after all these years felt like a dream come true for me!


David and Jelena
David and Jelena are distinguished students of R. Sharath, who is the grandson of the renowned Pattabhi Jois, the founder of the Ashtanga yoga style.
These two instructors are recognized in the West as the most prominent Ashtanga teachers. They run the only Ashtanga Shala in Toronto, dedicated to preserving and teaching the authentic tradition of Ashtanga yoga.
David and Jelena stay deeply faithful to the roots of traditional Ashtanga yoga while bringing their unique teaching style to their students. I had the honor of completing my teacher training and participating in an Ashtanga yoga workshop with these two incredible instructors.


Chumba lama
Master Chumba Lama has lived as a monk in Tibet since the age of 9 and has over 40 years of experience in breathe work. He is currently one of the most renowned and specialized instructors in this field in the West, offering classes and workshops around the world.
I had the opportunity to attend Chumba Lama’s Body Cleansing workshop. This workshop focused on detoxifying the body and releasing toxins through breathing techniques combined with dietary practices.


Danny paradise
Danny Paradise is one of the most veteran yoga instructors, specializing in teaching Ashtanga Yoga. With over 47 years of dedication and passion, he has been spreading this style of yoga across the United States and the world. He has taught yoga in more than 98 countries and currently resides in Hawaii.
Danny Paradise has been the yoga instructor for famous singers like Madonna. His unique teaching style has attracted a wide range of students. In his workshops, he always emphasizes the importance of body awareness through yoga, encouraging his students to develop a deeper understanding of their own bodies. With his vast experience and profound knowledge, he helps participants build a stronger connection with their bodies and integrate the benefits of yoga into their everyday lives. Practicing yoga with Danny Paradise not only promotes physical growth but also works wonders for mental and emotional well-being.
I had the privilege of attending one of his workshops, titled “Body Awareness Through Yoga,” which helped me take significant steps on my journey of self-discovery and uncover a deeper inner connection.

Vanessa
Vanessa is considered one of the best and most professional yoga instructors in Canada. Not only is she a model for the renowned brand Alo Yoga, but she’s also one of my closest friends. I’ve had the pleasure of attending her specialized Backbend classes and courses, which focus on mastering strength, control, and flexibility in backbend poses.
Vanessa is a globally recognized and highly regarded yoga instructor. She frequently organizes yoga retreats and training camps in various countries around the world. Major yoga brands like Alo Yoga, Liforme, and prestigious studio centers in Canada collaborate closely with her. She is truly one of the finest and most skilled instructors for anyone looking to learn and advance in yoga.

Trista
Throughout my years of teaching, I’ve worked with many students facing challenges such as infertility, ovarian cysts, uterine prolapse, menstrual pain, sexual health issues, urinary incontinence, and more.
These concerns deeply resonated with me, and I felt compelled to find ways to help them. This journey led me to meet Trista, an incredible specialist in Pelvic Floor health. She is the only person in all of North America authorized to issue coaching certifications in this field.
I decided to enroll in her training program, which lasted 9 months and was incredibly challenging—but absolutely worth it. Now, I’m able to help many women, and even men, address their issues effectively. With my full certification in this specialized field, I can not only assist others but also train and certify professionals in this area.

Alison
Alison is a gynecologist and also a professional yoga instructor. I had the opportunity to attend her Core & Pelvic workshop, which focused on yoga practices for sexual health and addressing sexual health issues.
This workshop was specifically designed for women who experience painful periods, those facing difficulties with fertility due to sexual health problems, or anyone dealing with issues related to the pelvic region, abdomen, or digestive system.
In this workshop, Alison teaches how specific yoga poses can help alleviate pain and problems in the pelvic and genital areas. With her extensive experience and expertise in this field, she demonstrates techniques to improve blood circulation, enhance flexibility, and strengthen the pelvic muscles through yoga, ultimately contributing to healthier sexual function.
